The organising committee would like to express their thanks to all those who attended the Second beer festival in September 2009. Last year's the event was visited by over 750 people up from the 550 the previous year despite the overcast weather.

The first of the real ales to run dry was "Mad Goose 4.2%" from Purity Brewing Comp &  "Butty Bach 4.5%" a close second. Robinson's flagon cider was also very popular. The list of ale is still on the "About" page for you to have a look at.

We have secured a very popular local band " the Cellar Boys" to play this year who play a wide range of music ideal for the festival
